This peach pie smoothie is thick and creamy with the flavors of sweet peaches, cinnamon, and vanilla. It’s like peach pie in a glass, for breakfast.

We go through a lot of yogurt in my house. My husband and I have yogurt almost every single day. I always include yogurt in smoothie recipes. Yogurt just gives a smoothie that necessary creaminess. It also adds protein and beneficial probiotics to smoothies.
When I was asked to create a smoothie recipe for Silk, I was particularly excited to try their new yogurt alternative. It’s smooth, creamy, and contains healthy bacteria and protein like traditional yogurt. However, it’s made from soy so it’s dairy and lactose free.
Frozen sliced peaches are blended with cinnamon, vanilla flavored yogurt alternative, and vanilla flavored Silk soy milk to make this smoothie that has the flavors of peach pie.
The soy milk and yogurt alternative contribute to the generous 11.5 grams of protein in this smoothie.
