This easy healthy drinkable yogurt is a great make-ahead meal prep for breakfast or snack. And, you get to control the quality of ingredients.

Small glass bottles of drinkable yogurt smoothies.

I’ve been making these drinkable yogurt smoothies on Sundays to have through the week as a quick breakfast or snack.

Most of the drinkable yogurts I find at the store have a lot of added undesirable ingredients. I love that I can control the quality of ingredients and the added sugar when I make them myself.

How To Make Drinkable Yogurt

Note: This is a summary. The full printable recipe and step by step video are located at the bottom of this post.

  • Add yogurt to a large blender.

I use 2% Greek yogurt, but any yogurt will work.

Blender with a tub of Greek yogurt poured into it.
  • Add fresh or frozen fruit, milk, and maple syrup.

If using larger fruit, like peaches, chop them into chunks before measuring.

Milk, frozen cherries, and maple syrup have been added to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

  • Pour the drinkable yogurt into 8 small sealable containers.
  • Refrigerate.

If you divide the drinkable yogurt into 8 servings, they will be about 8 ounces each. So, the 8 ounce mason jars are great for this.
