This easy healthy drinkable yogurt is a great make-ahead meal prep for breakfast or snack. And, you get to control the quality of ingredients.

2% plain Greek yogurt
(or your preferred yogurt)

fresh or frozen pitted cherries
(or your preferred fruit)

(or your preferred milk)

maple syrup*
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a large blender. Blend until well combined.
Pour into 8 small sealable containers (like 8 oz. mason jars).
Store in the refrigerator.
