Ingredients

lb.
large peeled and deveined shrimp with the tails on
(31-40 shrimp per pound)

olive oil

Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
salt

smoked paprika
1/4
tsp
ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Pat shrimp completely dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, add the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Add the shrimp to the bowl and stir until well coated in the seasonings.
Pour the shrimp and oil into a 9x13” baking dish. Spread the shrimp out into an even layer.
Bake the shrimp for 9-13 minutes, until pink and opaque.
