These s’mores bites are a great way to satisfy chocolate cravings without ruining your diet. They are super fast and simple to make. You only need 3 ingredients to make them. And, they are under 100 calories for 2!
Obviously, these s’mores bites aren’t very big, so they probably won’t fill you up when you are hungry. But, when you just need a little chocolaty something, these are very satisfying.
All you need is vanilla wafer cookies, mini marshmallows, chocolate kisses, and 2-3 minutes. This is one of my favorite go-to low calorie treats.

- 2 each nilla wafers
- 8 each mini marshmallows
- 2 each Hershey kisses
- Place the wafer cookies on a cookie sheet, flat side up. Place 4 mini marshmallows on top of each cookie. Place under a broiler set to high until the marshmallows have started to expand and are golden brown on top (about 1½ to 2 minutes).
- Remove cookie sheet from oven. While the marshmallows are still warm, place one Hershey kiss on top of the marshmallows on each cookie. Push down slightly. Place back under the broiler until the chocolate is soft (about 15 to 20 seconds). Serve immediately.
